Deposits, withdrawals, transfers and batches that cannot double-post
Real-time posting for cash, transfers, multi-credit and multi-debit batches, standing orders and bulk charges, hardened against duplicates, retries and concurrent tellers.
Every transaction in Zenus Banking Pro is posted double-entry in real time. Account rows are locked while a posting runs, so two tellers cannot overdraw the same account; every submission carries an idempotency key, so a retried click after a dropped connection can never post twice; and a same-day duplicate guard warns before the same amount hits the same account a second time.
Bulk work is built in: multi-credit batches (one debit, many credits) and multi-debit batches (many debits, one credit) can be captured on screen or uploaded from an Excel template, then approved and posted as one balanced entry per branch.
